Mian
SPEECH PATHOLOGIST
Mian is a passionate Speech Pathologist who takes a holistic approach to supporting children in developing effective and meaningful communication skills. He celebrates neurodiversity and uses his expertise to empower young people to communicate with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
Mian graduated from Flinders University with a Master of Speech Pathology in 2018 and has worked across private practice and NDIS settings, providing neuro-affirming, evidence-based therapy that recognises and builds on each child’s strengths. Mian is committed to running both dynamic and standardised assessments to accurately identify communication needs and guide tailored therapy plans.
Fluent in multiple languages, he is a certified Sounds-Write Practitioner and has completed It Takes Two to Talk® – The Hanen Program. With a special interest in the ASD diagnostic pathway, he also provides parent coaching to help families feel confident supporting their child’s communication development.
His work encompasses early intervention, speech and language development, AAC, fluency, and social communication, delivered through engaging, flexible, and collaborative therapy sessions.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time in nature, sharing quality time with family and friends, and playing table tennis and cricket.
